Statement of Nondiscrimination
Artesia Classical Academy, Inc. makes no distinction in its employment decisions, student admissions, and/or operating policies with regard to an individual’s gender, race, color, or national and ethnic origin because we recognize that there can be no preferential treatment with God (Romans 2:11). Furthermore, ACA, Inc. admits students of either gender or of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and other school-administered programs.
