Financial Aid
Thank you for your interest in applying for an Arma dei and/or ACE Scholarship to Artesia Classical Academy! ACA’s mission is to partner with parents to equip students to be Christ-like disciples and servant leaders who know and share God’s Word by offering families the rich option of Classical Christian Education. This scholarship is made available so families who might not otherwise have the means of school choice may now have the opportunity.
Scholarship Criteria:
In order to receive a full or partial Arma dei Scholarship of a maximum amount of $6,000.00 per student, families must:

- Complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. ($40.00/family)
- If awarded the scholarship, families must agree to volunteer 10 hours of service activities benefiting Artesia Classical Academy per academic year (This equates to 2.5 hours a quarter.).
- In order to continue to receive the scholarship throughout the academic year, the student must be in good academic and conduct standing as described below:

- Throughout the current academic year in which the student is awarded the scholarship, the student must maintain a 70 or above in each course. If a student fails any courses on a quarterly report card; the child will be placed on academic probation for the next quarter. If the student is failing any courses at the end of that quarter, the student will lose the scholarship. A child may only be placed on academic probation once before losing the scholarship. (i.e. If a student fails one or more courses in Q1, is placed on academic probation, passes all courses in Q2, but fails one or more courses in Q3, the student will lose his/her scholarship.)
- A student receiving a scholarship must consistently show acceptable behavior in his/her daily conduct. A student who consistently shows poor behavior will lose his/her scholarship. Poor conduct is measured by a student receiving three demerits (white slips) or one office referral during the academic year. A student who receives the aforementioned will be placed on a behavior contract. If a student violates this contract thereafter, the student will no longer be eligible to receive the scholarship that academic year.

- Scholarships will be awarded on a yearly basis, and recipients will be evaluated annually.

- Provide documentation of their 2022 1040 Tax Form, social security, disability, housing allowance, food stamps, and/or child support, and any documentation for additional sources of income that aren’t reported on your 1040.
- Renewing awarded applicants are NOT required to upload income documentation. Renewing awarded applicants simply need to complete the application portion and submit for awarded students to remain on scholarship!
- Meet the ACE Scholarship 23-24 Financial Guidelines:
- Provide documentation of their 2022 1040 Tax Form, social security, disability, housing allowance, food stamps, and/or child support, and any documentation for additional sources of income that aren’t reported on your 1040.
